CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure adequate time for scheduling and preparation, Bare Skin Aesthetic’s requires a 48 hour notice for any cancellation’s. Within the 48 hours of the Scheduled appointment a 50% cancellation fee to the service booked will be charged to the clients account. Rescheduling requests made within a 48 - hour window period will be subject to availability. Rescheduling to a different day will waive the 50% cancellation fee. As for Free consultations. If a free consultation is booked and no showed or cancelled after 48 hours notice a $50.00 fee will be charged and may not be used towards any future appointment’s. Any no show appointments will be charged half the service price that is non refundable and may not be used towards any future appointments. Please be sure to call ahead of any emergencies as we know emergencies do happen. Otherwise 50% of the service fee will be charged unless notified same day and is due to emergency reasons. If you are a member and you pre book a membership treatment and pay the required deposit to hold your spot but no show your appointment or cancel after the 48 hour window and do not reschedule to another day your deposit will not be refunded or rolled over into the next month. Please plan accordingly.
